Committed to clients during COVID-19
Beyond the nearly three decades of legal expertise I bring to every case, it’s the care for my clients that sets me apart from other Colorado and Florida DUI lawyers. That’s why in the face of COVID-19, I’m still committed to being present for my clients in every way possible.
Going above and beyond for my clients starts with prioritizing safety. I am constantly staying up-to-date on all local and federal guidelines regarding social distancing and pandemic safety measures. By following all recommended protocols, we can ensure that all of our interactions are as low-risk as possible.
As an alternative to in-person meetings, I am happy to schedule client meetings over Zoom or over the phone. My goal is to accommodate your comfort while adhering to guidelines and rules at any given time.
With that said, I do understand that it can be hard to replace a face-to-face meeting. That’s why I am still willing to meet in person whenever necessary. To maintain safety during in-person meetings, I ask that:
• We meet outside whenever possible
• We observe a six-foot distance from one other
• We wear masks if forced to meet indoors, or in any other necessary situations
By following these precautions, we can minimize risk while still forging a strong personal connection.
As the pandemic has caused life to slow down, many clients have asked how the pandemic will affect their legal timeline. Unfortunately, cases are being delayed as the legal system adjusts to the new normal. This is partially due to cases now being held over Webex, a virtual meeting platform similar to zoom. While representing you over Webex, I can assure you I will offer the same expert guidance and service that I would during an in-person court appearance.
As the pandemic makes legal delays more common, securing professional representation is also the best way to expedite the process.
