With 20 years of experience as Senior Assistant General Counsel for the State of Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles (DHSMV), I am in a unique position to represent clients in all driver license-related matters. I was the legal representative, advisor and educator for DHSMV hearing officers across the state of Florida for 20 years. My experience gives me unrivaled insight into their process and their rulings. In short, I know how hearing officers think, and I can craft an argument that appeals to their understanding of the law. It is not an overstatement to say that my experience in this field is second to none. 

I have also reviewed police officer’s documents for decades. Doing so has taught me where and how to look for defects and flaws that can lead to invalidation of your suspension. This is why other defense attorneys turn to me for assistance with their DUI and license-related matters.
